PureCircle Showcases the Future of Stevia Ingredients at Food Vision USA 2017

November 20, 2017 Chicago, Illinois  – PureCircle participated in a three-day dialogue around the future of food and beverage industry at Food Vision USA 2017 in Chicago. PureCircle Vice President, and Head of Marketing and Innovation Faith Son introduced how PureCircle’s proprietary Starleaf™ stevia variety helps customers achieve the most sugar-like taste without the aftertaste or linger commonly associated with first generation stevia products.

Food Vision featured a range of topics focusing on the responsibilities of today’s food and beverage companies to communicate transparently with their stakeholders. Clean, simple and straightforward products were common themes consumers and companies are seeking in their products. Food Vision also boasted a diverse group of food and beverage executives and entrepreneurs discussing the most impactful issues facing the industry today. Other presentations included touched on clean labels, innovation, nutrition and the considerations of natural versus processed products.

PureCircle provided several zero-added sugar and reduced-sugar products made with Starleaf™ stevia, and hosted a dynamic roundtable discussion that touched on key conference themes of: health, wellness and authenticity.
